Your Caddy Club membership is billed monthly based on the plan you choose — $29, $39, or $59/month, covering all the services listed in your plan tier for that month.
What's included in each maintenance visit?
It depends on your plan. Essential covers the basics — air filters, smoke detectors, trash can clean-out, and dishwasher filter care. Premium and Elite add more, like dryer vent cleaning, garage door lubrication, water heater flushes, and patio pressure washing. You can compare full details in the plan breakdown above.
Do I need to be home for my scheduled service?
Not necessarily — many of our routine maintenance tasks can be completed without you present, as long as we have access to the areas we're servicing. For repairs or larger projects, we'll coordinate a time that works for your schedule.
